It is a unique tool for fast 3D hull model inspection with fly trough, orbit and spinning
visualization. The user can query the model for structural details like material,
thickness, weights, size, logistics etc. One-click "filter" buttons can be used to detect
anomalies in hull structural thickness, material and orientation. Advanced color and
lighting features are available to create photo realistic images of the ship, which can be
stored in postscript, bmp or pdf format for publication purposes.

eXchanger

The eXchanger converts AutoCAD® solid models into Nupas-Cadmatic reference models.
This allows AutoCAD® users can use their AutoCAD® 3D models in their
Cadmatic ship design projects. There are a large number of file transfer
plugins to AutoCAD® . This enables compatibility with different formats
enabling Nupas-Cadmatic users to transfer models from other applications such as
Solidworks, AutoDesk Inventor and Catia. The exchanger can be downloaded
for free from our download page.
To import the transfer file generated with eXchanger into Nupas-Cadmatic Plant
Modeller contact sales@cadmatic.com You need to sign in first.
This provides us with eXchanger user information and allows us to
send you eXchanger updates.
NOTE! Cadmatic eXchanger is compatible only with AutoCAD® 2004,2005 software versions.

eBrowser

The Nupas-Cadmatic eBrowser is a data publishing tool that enables effective communication
between all parties involved in ship investment projects by linking partners through
the internet. Ship owners, designers, engineers, subcontractors and customers are all linked to a
mutual 3D model allowing easy and concurrent project reviews and ship inspections, facilitated by
the ability to virtually walk around the design area. A free download of the eBrowser light
version is available below.
The light version allows for a similar virtual walk around the 3D model as with the full
version but does not include access to component data or measurements within the model.
The isolation of systems and location of objects in the model, as well as linkage to other
databases and documents, is only available in the full version of eBrowser.

Internet-connected workstation and the other for a
workstation without an Internet connection.

The eBrowser Light version download links will automatically guide you
to register your free copy. The four alternatives below differ only in size
and type of 3D model included. The Nupas-Cadmatic 3D eBrowser model is included in order
for you to be able to test the software.

| eBrowser for a workstation WITHOUT a permanent internet connection | |

Please use the download link below if your computer is not permanently connected
to the internet (e.g. Laptop computer). The link provides an installation program that can
be run on a PC in Windows. Unzip the package and run the install.exe to start your eBrowser.
Please install your eBrowser first before registering.

Hull ARX plugin for AutoCAD

For users who have the need to translate the 3D hull model into the AutoCAD® format, a free plug in module
for AutoCAD® is available. This tool converts a native 3D hull model into the AutoCAD® 3D workspace for
further processing.
NOTE! Cadmatic ARX plugin is compatible only with AutoCAD® 14, 2000,
2002, 2004, 2005, 2006, 2007 and
2008 software versions.
